Éire Etiquette Signature Programme.

A private and considered programme in personal presence — designed entirely around you.

Éire Signature Programme

Introduction

There comes a point in many women's lives when something shifts. A new role asks more of you. A new chapter begins. A long-held aspiration finally feels possible to pursue. Or simply — quietly, without external prompting — you decide that the way you have been moving through the world is no longer the way you wish to move through it. You are ready for something more considered, more refined, more your own.

The women who come to the Éire Etiquette Signature Programme tend to share something in common. They are accomplished. They have built lives that work. And yet they have arrived at a moment in which the inherited rules and unspoken codes of refined presence have begun to matter — for a senior role, for a new social or professional world, for the chapter of life now opening, or simply for the version of themselves they have always intended to become. They are not in need of fixing. They are in need of refinement.

And they want to do the work with someone who will hold it for them with genuine care, complete discretion, and the international standard the work deserves. The Private Programme is that work. It is the full Éire Etiquette experience, scoped entirely to you.
Areas of work

What Your Programme Might Include

Because each programme is built around the individual, no two are the same. The areas of work below indicate the breadth of what is available within the Éire Signature Programme. Your own programme will draw on these as relevant to your goals, your contexts, and the specific shape of the work we agree at the outset.

Personal presence and deportment

The foundations of how you carry yourself — posture, breath, the quality of attention you give to others, the way you enter and leave a room, the small physical practices that mark out the most assured women in any setting. The work that everything else rests upon.

Social fluency and conversation

The codes of refined social interaction — introductions, the architecture of conversation, the inclusion of others at the table, the gracious exit, the small art of being a generous conversationalist. The skills that make every room feel a little more like home.

Dining and the formal table

From everyday hospitality to the most formal occasions — the conventions of the table, the codes of service, the etiquette of wine and toasting, the considerations of hosting and being hosted, the codes that vary across international settings. The skill that, once acquired, refines every meal you attend for the rest of your life.

Professional presence

The specific codes of professional life — the meeting, the email, the introduction, the difficult conversation, the client lunch, the boardroom. For women preparing for senior roles or stepping into new professional environments, this area can be the most immediately valuable element of the programme.

Correspondence, hosting, and the codes of refined life

The often-forgotten arts of considered written correspondence, the handwritten note, the gracious response, the conventions of hosting in one's own home, the small daily practices that build a refined life over time.

Colour and Body Shape Analysis

A complete personal Colour and Body Shape Analysis is included within every Éire Signature Programme, delivered as a substantial module of the work. You receive your personal colour season, your body shape principles, and a beautifully presented Personal Colour Palette and Guidance Document designed to download to your phone and use for life. Where standalone clients book this as a specialty module, Éire Signature Programme clients receive it woven into the wider work.

The specific contexts of your life

Beyond the general areas above, your programme will address the specific contexts that matter most to you — the particular professional environment you operate in, the social world you are entering, the milestones approaching, the particular concerns you bring to the work. This is where the bespoke nature of the programme genuinely makes the difference.
What to expect

How the Programme Unfolds

Every Private Programme follows the same considered arc, though the specific shape and length is determined by your goals. There are four phases to the work.

Phase 01 · Discovery

Before the programme is designed, we meet for a discovery conversation — typically one hour online. Together we explore where you are, where you would like to be, the specific contexts and situations that matter most to you, the goals you hold for the work, and the version of yourself you are choosing to become. This conversation is the foundation of everything that follows.

Phase 02 · Design

Following the discovery conversation, your bespoke programme is designed — privately by Carmel, drawing on the conversation, your contexts, and the international standards of the training behind the work. You receive a written programme proposal that sets out the recommended length, the structure of in-person and online sessions, the areas of work to be addressed, the included Colour and Body Shape Analysis, and the investment. The proposal is yours to consider; we refine it together until it feels exactly right.

Phase 03 · The work itself

Your programme is delivered over the agreed period — typically weeks or months — through a hybrid of online sessions and in-person sessions in Dublin or Galway. The in-person sessions provide the depth, ritual and embodied practice that some elements of the work genuinely require. The online sessions provide continuity, flexibility, and the practical pacing that allows the work to integrate into your real life between sessions. Between sessions, you carry small practices and gentle assignments — never busywork, always things that make the work visible in your daily life.

Phase 04 · Integration

The final phase of the programme is integration. We come together for a closing session – online via Zoom, to walk through the work you have done, address any remaining questions, and consider how the work continues into the life you are now living. You receive a written summary of the work and a personalised Presence Profile to keep. Many clients return periodically for refresher sessions or for single-event preparation as new occasions arise; this is welcomed and arranged simply.

Who This Is For

The Éire Signature Programme is suited to women who are ready for a considered, comprehensive piece of work. Specifically:

  • Women stepping into senior professional roles where personal presence will now matter as much as competence — partnership, board appointments, executive transitions, public-facing leadership

  • Women navigating a significant transition — a new chapter after divorce or major change, a return to professional or public life, a move to a new country or city, a new relationship that brings new social contexts

  • Women preparing for a particular season of life — a daughter's wedding for which you will play a public role, a partner's senior role that brings new social expectations, an upcoming public profile in business or philanthropy

  • Women who have always intended to do this work and who have finally arrived at the chapter of life where it feels right to invest in themselves at this depth

  • Women whose families have never had this kind of refinement in their inheritance, and who wish to acquire it now — for themselves, and for the daughters they may pass it on to

  • International clients living in Ireland — expats and visitors who would value learning the codes of Irish and international refined life from an Irish-based consultancy

The programme is genuinely not for everyone, and this is by design. It asks a real investment of time and resources. The women who undertake it are women who have decided, on their own terms, that this is the right work at the right moment in their lives. The discovery conversation exists to confirm that fit on both sides before any commitment is made.

The Investment

Because each Private Programme is designed entirely around the individual — the length, the structure, the specific areas of focus — the investment is determined at the design stage rather than published as a fixed figure. Following your discovery conversation, you receive a written programme proposal that sets out exactly what is included and the corresponding investment.

The Éire Etiquette Approach

Éire Etiquette Is Led By Carmel Nolan, A Graduate Of The English Manner In London And Beaumont Etiquette In New York, Who Brings More Than Two Decades Of Experience In The Professional Services Sector.

What the page cannot quite convey, but what every client experiences from the discovery conversation onward, is the way the work is held. Each Éire Signature Programme client receives genuine personal attention — not a programme delivered, but a piece of work held for her, with care, considered preparation between sessions, and absolute discretion regarding everything shared. The relationships built through the Éire Signature Programme are professional but warm. The boundaries of the work are clear; the depth of attention within them is real.

The conviction underlying everything is straightforward. The codes of refined presence are learnable. They are not the preserve of any background, any class, or any inherited tradition. They exist to make life more pleasurable for everyone — for the woman acquiring them, and for everyone she encounters. To pass them on is one of the most useful things a consultant can do. It is the work the Éire Signature Programme is here for.

Prefer a personal approach?

Begin with a conversation.

The Éire Signature Programme begins with the discovery conversation. To enquire, please complete the form below or contact Carmel directly. Initial responses are typically made within one working day.

There is no pressure within the discovery conversation. Its purpose is mutual - to understand whether the Éire Signature Programme is the right work for you at this moment, and whether the fit between us is right for both. If the answer is yes, we move into the design phase. If the answer is not yet, or not at all, we part as friends and the conversation has cost you nothing but the time it took.
