Where to Begin: A Short Guide to Our Services

Almost every conversation I have starts with the same quiet question: “Where do I even begin?” It is asked by the bride who wants her day to feel effortless, by the graduate walking into their first client dinner, and by the person who has stood in front of a full wardrobe and felt they had nothing to wear.

The honest answer is that there is no single right place to start. There are six, and each one opens the same door in a slightly different way. Over the coming months I will take each of these in turn and explore it properly. For now, here is a short introduction to all six, so you can find the one that feels like yours.

Dining Etiquette

From a formal banquet to a business lunch that quietly decides a contract, the table is where a surprising amount is won or lost. This is the confidence to sit down anywhere in the world and simply enjoy the meal, rather than watching everyone else to work out which glass is yours.

Social Etiquette

The art of making another person feel genuinely seen is the most underrated skill there is. Introductions, conversation, correspondence, and the small graces that keep you in someone’s mind long after you have left the room. Not louder. Just more present.

Corporate Training

First impressions shape client relationships, and your team is the first impression. I work with organisations to refine professional presence, business dining, and the standards that separate a good company from one people remember. Available as half-day, full-day, or bespoke sessions, in person or online.

Wedding Etiquette

Your wedding is one of the most public days of your life and one of the most personal. From receiving lines and introductions to the art of hosting a table with grace, this is about moving through the whole day with the ease that lets you be fully present for it.

Afternoon Tea Etiquette

One of our most cherished traditions, and one of the most misread. The correct order of things, certainly, but really the pleasure of unhurried conversation done beautifully. A favourite for mothers and daughters, small groups, and anyone who fancies an afternoon that feels like a genuine treat.

Colour & Body Shape Analysis

The way you dress is the first thing you say to a room before you speak. Together we find the colours that make your eyes light up and the shapes that work with you rather than against you, so that getting dressed becomes a pleasure instead of a daily negotiation.

Where would you like to begin?

Six doorways, one belief: that real elegance was never about pretension. It is about putting people at ease, starting with yourself. If one of these felt as though it was written for you, that is usually a good sign.

The best place to begin is a conversation. Tell me a little about what you are looking for, and I will be in touch personally, usually within a working day.

Book a Consultation

And if someone else came to mind while you were reading, every service is available as a gift voucher, beautifully presented and personally prepared.
